Review:
Malorie Blackman has done it again, another fantastic book. So this is basically about a guy called Kaspar, and he becomes a guardian, which is someone who protects his city from these evil people who are basically known as terrorists. He meets this girl called Rhea and can see her memories for some reason and it haunts him. This book is full of action. I have the Waterstones edition which has an extra chapter (I got it for Christmas from my boyfriends family) so I had the extra chapter to do with Rhea. The whole book was great, it's not all just action though but there are some feels in it too, there are some moments when you are just like 'OMG NO WHY!!' And 'AWW' and possibly some shipping too? The way it's written isn't how normal people would have a conversation but it's quite a formal language with a hint of geek and the standard soldier-like 'yes sir' like things. I'm not sure how to explain it but when you read it I guess you'll see where I'm coming from. To put it simply, Malorie Blackman is an extremely talented writer and shows that in this book. I could not recommend this enough!
